Weight-loss instructor sues Coke over promotion

A St. Louis weight-loss instructor is suing The Coca-Cola Company over its product loyalty campaign, called "My Coke Rewards." Julia Havey claims the campaign might encourage kids to drink so much Coke they could die. The campaign gives customers points for buying Coca-Cola products. They trade in points for prizes that range from baseball gloves to free vacations.
