Americans Not As Healthy As They Think

According to a recent survey of 400 American men and women conducted by Kinetix Living, most of them think they live a healthy lifestyle, say they consistently eat a healthy mix of nutritious foods and exercise at least a few times a week. Seems like Americans are kidding themselves that they are healthier than they really are.
