Pyramid Nutrition Scheme

The U.S. Department of Agriculture hs launched a new website MyPyramid.org aimed at getting people to improve their diet by eductaing them of the amount of grains, fruit, milk, vegetable, meat and beans that they should be eating each day. Enter your age, gender and the amount of exercise you do a day and the site will tell you the amounts of each type of food you should be eating to stay healthy.
